We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Rachor, Dr. Holden and Dr. Still provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cancellation/No Show/Policy: We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. For these reasons, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
We understand that delays can happen, however, we must try to keep the other patients and doctors on time. If a patient is 15 minutes past their scheduled time, we will have to reschedule the appointment.
Confirmation Policy: If our office is unable to confirm your dental appointment verbally or by text/email, it is our office policy to cancel your appointment until we are able to reach you. Please be sure to keep us in mind when you change your phone, work or cell phone numbers to avoid this situation.
